Return, Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy


1. Bikinis & Swimwear

  • Non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene and the intimate nature of the products.


2. Accessories

  • Non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene and the intimate nature of the products.

3. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • Proof of purchase (order ID/receipt) is mandatory.

  • Any damaged or defective product claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting images/videos.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed only after quality inspection of the returned item.

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.

  • Once an order has been dispatched or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • In case of successful cancellation, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.


6. Non-Eligible Items

  • Bikinis, swimwear and accessories.

  • Products purchased during sale, promotions, or clearance events.

  • Items not returned in their original packaging or found to be used/washed.
