4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Emily in Ocean is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

Bikinis & Swimwear

  • Non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, unless the product is visibly damaged or defective upon receipt.

Accessories & Apparel

  • Can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • Shipping costs for returns/exchanges will be borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products.
